A Sunday ritual of mine is preparing food for the week’s meals. There seems to be little time in the evenings for cooking. Having food prepared keeps me from picking up food on the run or missing meals. Knowing I was starting a grueling few weeks of work that include some challenging deadlines, I went crazy. Now I am armed with lots of food / fuel to get me through!

This week’s food includes turkey bacon and egg “muffins”, grass-fed burgers (stuffed with sundried tomatoes and Babybel cheddar cheese), clean chicken fingers, roasted sweet potatoes in coconut oil, kale, and a big salad.
