W-I-A (What I Ate…per Request)

At the request of a friend, I am posting some examples of what I eat in a typical day.  (YES!  I take requests!  Who knew?!)

Example 1 and 2 are what I consider decent days from when I was keeping a journal in the winter.  Since this particular dear friend asked that it not contain oatmeal.  Viola! Your wish is my command:

Example 1:
Egg white and spinach smoothie
1 piece of “protein” toast + coconut oil
2 slices of turkey bacon & 2 eggs
Coffee, stevia, almond milk
Cinnamon protein bread (Jamie Eason recipe)
Salad with flax oil, apple cider vinegar, nuts
Grass fed burger and sweet potatoes
Plain Greek yogurt and blueberries
Pre workout supplement and protein
Leg workout
PB muffin
Almond milk, protein shake with PB and banana
Chicken tortilla soup with dollup of greek yogurt (small serving)
Think Thin bar
Example 2:
BCAA
745: 2 turkey egg muffins
Paleo banana bread
1030: Baked oatmeal
Protein/oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
1: Grass fed burger stuffed with 1/2 baby bell cheese and sun dried tomatoes, sweet potatoes, asparagus with parmesan cheese
2:30 Protein/oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
5: PB protein muffin
7?: Monster meatloaf,Salad, Paleo banana bread
9: Think Thin bar
Yesterday (5/28)
Waking up: BCAA’s and Magnum Greens
7:30 Protein smootie
9:30: Canadian Bacon and egg cups with Ezekial bread and Coconut oil
10:30: 1-2 tbsp P28 protein spread
Noon: ½ Quest bar
1:30 Catfish filet, roasted sweet potatoes, salad with avocado, no dressing
3: ½ Quest bar
4: Baked Oatmeal with Coconut oil
5:30: Protein shake (pre)
Workout
7:protein shake with ½ banana (post)
8-ish: juiced greens (chard, kale, and ½ pear) and buffalo burger (patty only)
