I said it. Yep, I said, “I’m all in!” (http://wp.me/p2W8ZN-nw) I was told the workouts would need to increase in badassness and well..that they have done! I talked smack and tweeted my trainer, “Bring It! Ain’t nothing you got that’ll ever get to me” (“Bring it” by Trapt). Btw, Twitter is sorta, well.. public. 😱
Sooo..that may not have been the smartest thing I have ever done. And guess what?! It was brought! So who else needs some motivation for crushing limits today??
Here is another great motivational video. I need all of these I can get. I was able to look at my trainer and quote, “My pain will be part of my pride!”..thanks to one of these.

I will begin journaling towards this goal under the title, “Tenacity Unveiled”. My goal is to put on about 15# of muscle/lean weight. This will be a test of mental and physical toughness. More details to follow but for now.. I need some motivation and some fitspiration!
