As promised.. I continue to share pictures from the photo shoots with Ariel Perez.

I did my second one in November 2013 and had rebounded from my “accidental” weight loss.  You will see.. I rebounded a little too well. When I did the September 2012 shoot, I was 115#.. wearing 00 pants and x-small shirts.  I have written previously that I was looking to add some size, preferably in the form of muscle, not fat.  I chronicled my preparation for this shoot on this site and started the process of trying to “cut”/”lean” (aka lose “weight”.. fat but not muscle) about 3 weeks out.  I tried this process on my own and ended up seeking Paul’s input too late.. you will see that I really didn’t get lean enough in the mid-section for a “fitness”-style shoot.

It is tempting to keep those “not so flattering” pictures to myself and only show the “more” flattering ones but that seems way wrong… tempting, but wrong.  To keep it as real as I can.. I will share the one without a shirt as well.  (I share a couple others in The Fitspo Tipping Point as well.)  This way progress, whether it be positive or negative, is better shown.
